Tours are limited to boat activities, with swimming and snorkeling allowed near the shoreline, but no access to dry land.

Cancellations by Guests:
• Guests who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a partial refund.
• A 5% deduction from the refund amount will be applied to cover processing fees.
Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions:
• In the event that the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
