Tours are limited to boat activities, with swimming and snorkeling allowed near the shoreline, but no access to dry land.

Refund Policy

Cancellations by Guests
Guests who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a partial refund.
⁠A 5% deduction from the refund amount will be applied to cover processing fees.
Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions
⁠ ⁠In the event that the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
