Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. After this period, a partial refund will be provided. Please note that a 5% deduction from the total refund amount will be applied to cover application processing fees.
Important Notice:
While our boat is fully insured, please be aware that the insurance and our company do not cover medical treatment in the event of a drowning incident. For safety reasons, all passengers are required to wear a life jacket at all times during the tour. Life jackets will be provided on the boat for all passengers.
